James is a professional, father, and a great friend to many. He’s a Florida native, born and raised in Miami, Fl. However, he’s been living on the Treasure Coast since 1998. Coming from two immigrant parents, he learned the value of hard work at a young age. Thanks to them, he speaks 3 languages: English, Spanish, and Italian. He loves what he does and doesn’t consider it a daily routine, not a job.

  This was a journey! But it was all worth it. Let me start off and say that my credit score was garbage and my down payment was just enough to qualify. James was patient with me when it came to finding a house that I liked and was in a neighborhood conducive to me raising my daughter. Then there was the issue of me gathering the required documentation (which he was patient again). James fought for me to get my closing cost within a fair range and made sure that there weren’t any surprise costs or fees. I got my mortgage payment in a range that I can easily manage.
